Full Life Discipleship at RBC

Here at RBC, we recognise that the Christian life extends outside church organised activities and into every aspect of our everyday lives.  We call this Full Life Discipleship and it means following the teachings of Jesus where we meet and interact with people every day.  We call places, physical and virtual where we can serve friends, family, work colleagues, carers, shopkeepers, teachers etc, our “Frontlines”.

The way we need to behave in our Frontlines is summarised in the “6 Ms”, which bring out teachings in the Bible to help us as we serve those around us.

We encourage everyone to read these verses and apply these teachings in the way we lead our lives.  This way we all can help build a better world, particularly as we adapt to life after the COVID pandemic.

Our strategy has been inspired by the “Fruitfulness on the Frontline” programme by the London Institute of Contemporary Christianity (LICC).  More information can be found on their web site here:  https://licc.org.uk/ourresources/fruitfulness/

Planning your Visit

A Very Warm Welcome

If you are new to the Church (or any Church) or are simply thinking of coming along, then this page is for you. Whoever you are, whatever your background, you are most welcome. You don't need to be a Christian or be a "good" person, Jesus welcomes all and we, at Rothwell Baptist Church want to do the same.

Everyone is welcome at our Sunday service which starts at 11:00 AM. The service lasts around 1 hour and refreshments are served afterwards. If you have any questions about our Church and what we believe, please feel free to come along and ask any questions. You will be most welcome

We also have a form that you can use to contact us for any reason.

So, you can find out all about us without leaving your front door, in complete safety and when the time is right, we would love to see you through our front door one day.
